SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. 

Shipping is free for orders above 100 USD. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from dvaaclothing.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product.

Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 30 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US:

You would be returning the product(s) to our Indian office in Chennai, TN. 

we suggest that you send your return with your country's governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments. Please note that in this event, we would need to pass along any such fee to you in order to process your exchange/return.

All returns/exchanges are subject to quality check at our end. Please note we only accept return/exchange within 30 days of delivery date; also we do not accept return/exchange for made-to-order/custom items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect.

A $10 care charge applies to all products requiring special handling, such as dry cleaning on returns & exchanges. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed back to your original mode of payment once we received the order back and the refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of return order.  

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Norwood, NJ USA or Chennai, TN, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the checkout. 

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked visa consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency's website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the "Order Status" link under "Customer Assistance" in the website footer.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempts to deliver the packages three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip-code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. 


If the delivery of a package is declined upon arrival at the destination or in customs for any reason, we will charge a $30 restocking fee to compensate for the time and expense of processing the package's return.

Similarly, when the courier is unable to successfully deliver a package to the address provided and instead returns the package to us, regrettably, we will charge a $30 restocking fee to compensate for the time and expense of processing the package's return.

 

LOST, DAMAGE AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion experience lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged. We'd recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.
