Orders

Orders processing time will vary by item type and availability. If there is a pre-ordered item, then the processing time may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. For most accurate information, please check the product page for more accurate processing/shipping date. Please note that If your order contains a pre-order, your entire order will be ship once all items become available for shipment.

We do our best to accommodate your request to update your order or change your address prior to shipping your order. Please contact us immediately after you placing the order, if you wish to make any changes. Kindly note that we would not be able to issue a refund for any items shipped prior to processing your request.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of Order time, otherwise we may begin processing your order; at this point, it will be too late to make any changes.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, and JCB via Shopify Payments

Additionally, we accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We also accept payments via Afterpay — For approved purchases, Afterpay will split your payment into four interest-free installments! Please select Afterpay on our payment page during checkout if you're interested.

We are unable to accept more than one payment method in our checkout process at this time.

SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery times vary based on item, availability, ship-to location, and typical arrival time is between 5-10 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that pre-order may take from 3 to 4 weeks, and for most accurate detail, check your product listing.

Our typical order processing time varies based on item, availability, preorder status, and current demand. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that orders placed during sales events may take longer to arrive. Please note that processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver your package.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100! For all other orders, shipping costs vary by country, garment type, and quantity. You'll be able to preview the specific costs before you check out by adding the desired items to your shopping cart. 

Yes, we do ship all across the globe - if you have specific question related to international, please contact us.

Some countries charge additional customs and duties, and customers are responsible for any such charges. We cannot send packages as gifts to avoid customs and duties charges. Thanks for your understanding!

We will send you your package's tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

SIZING

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using the size chart included in each listing to determine your best fit. We also include additional information within each description section in terms of fabric content, overall fit, and more to help inform your decision. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing, fit, or design details.

We currently offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL in most garments. We can offer custom sizing if needed, just reach out to us should you need help with sizes.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

To Initiate returns & exchanges for USA, Please click here

For all others, please contact us to initiate a return.

We offer returns for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back with our prepaid label. 


The following conditions apply:

- A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns. 

- Exchanges for a different colour/size in the same style are free.

- The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with the hang tags attached and the tree code cannot have been registered.

- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse.

Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as charge-backs/credits (as applicable).


If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at support@dvaaclothing.com and include an image of the damage.

Your refund will be issued once the return has been settled after arrival and inspection at our warehouse (typically 1-3 business days after the return has been delivered).

Yes! Just enter the email you used to place your order in the text box in link provided above and click "Get started"! You'll receive an email with a link to access our returns portal. Once you are in you'll see your order and be able to select return or exchange for each of the items eligible.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us with a photo of the damage and information about the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, and we’ll take care of you!
